Confidence Building

confidence is critical for success

When instructors are confident, students see learning as more enjoyable, digest new material more easily, experience faster progress, and learn to be self-confident and persistent themselves. At The Bradley Firm, we consistently lead by example through effective teaching, a positive attitude, and a clear and pragmatic purpose. We build student confidence by consistently offering positive feedback, genuine praise, and meaningful encouragement. We also emphasize the intricate relationship between effort and success, and create opportunities for students to see themselves succeed by building on their own strengths. In our sessions, we set ambitious and realistic goals before equipping students with the preparation and confidence necessary to achieve them autonomously. Sessions often end with moments of self-reflection on the student’s accomplishments and progress.
